Mental Health Crisis Support

We provide first line support for individuals experiencing emotional distress, suicidal thoughts, or other mental health crises. Our team follows safe triage protocols and directing callers to clinical or specialist help.

Safeguarding & Welfare Concerns

Our handlers are trained to identify and escalate all safeguarding risks, including those involving children. We follow established protocols to ensure concerns are passed on immediately and appropriately.

Emergency
Support

We provide support for urgent healthcare cases and sensitive matters, ensuring families and healthcare professionals receive the right assistance. From handling death notifications and certificate requests to communicating with hospitals regarding abnormal blood test results and patient emergencies. We also deal with Safeguarding & Welfare Concerns, escalating to 999 or escalation to On-Call Staff.
